Brian Doyle joined Laurentian Bank in 2020, and since 2021 held the position of Vice President Finance and CFO of Capital Markets and Shared Services. He has a track record of driving transformation initiatives to accelerate growth, develop business solutions, drive revenues and bottom-line improvement and enhance client experience. With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, ranging from full-service brokerage and private banking to business strategy and intelligence, Mr. Doyle is a proven leader with expert knowledge of financial markets, corporate governance, business strategy, risk management and talent development. Prior to joining Laurentian Bank, he spent over 20 years at one of the leading banks in Canada, where he held various senior management positions including SVP and Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence (Full Service Brokerage), Chief Financial Officer (Full Service and Direct Brokerage), and Chief Financial Officer (Private Banking). Mr. Doyle is a Certified Public Accountant and a CIRO-accredited Chief Financial Officer, and holds a Partners, Directors and Officers (PDO) license.
