Bio

Foday has over 10 years of experience in proxy solicitation, information agent services, corporate governance and shareholder identification. Among other services, he has advised public issuers in connection with annual and special meetings, contested meetings, governance related issues and corporate restructurings. With over 15 years of experience in corporate communications and senior client relationship management, Foday previously held senior management roles at Computershare, The Globe and Mail and Kingsdale Advisors. Foday holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Sierra Leone and a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Toronto.
