Der Allen Bio

Der is responsible for the strategy, execution and development of Laurel Hill's Governance Advisory, Proxy Solicitation and Information Agent services. Der has over 19 years of progressive industry expertise and has successfully represented many of Canada's leading companies in connection with annual meetings, mergers, tender offers, consents, proxy contests and corporate restructurings. In her role, Der routinely provides guidance to executive management, boards and shareholders on corporate governance, shareholder engagement and shareholder activism matters. Der has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is a member of the Canadian Invest Relations Institute (CIRI), the Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC), and Women in Capital Markets (WCM).
