Bio

Álvaro Muñoz holds an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Chile and has a Master's degree in Transport Engineering at the same University. He started his career as a fixed income portfolio manager at Cruz del Sur Asset Management. In 2013 he joined LVAM a part of the Latin American fixed income team as a portfolio manager. Later he assumed the responsibilities of managing the front office trading desk. Since 2020 he serves as Chief Operations Officer at LVAM.
