Hernan Sambucetti is a Partner at Landmark Alantra and Country Head for Argentina. Previously he was a Partner at IB Partners and Vice President at UBS Financial Institution Group. Hernan has extensive experience in corporate finance and has advised on multiple transactions in Latin America including the purchase of Aseguradora Hidalgo, the main insurance company in Mexico, by Metlife, the acquisition by BCI of Banco Conosur, the sale of Banco Granahorrar in Colombia to BBVA , the sale of Consolidar Salud (BBVA) to the Omint Group in Argentina, the sale of the Argentine agricultural company Fondomonte to the Saudi group Almarai, and the sale of the Argentine veterinary laboratory Biotay to the North American company Phibro Animal Health. He is an Industrial Engineer from ITBA and has an MBA from Stern School of Business (NYU).
