Camilo Montenegro is a Vice President at Landmark Alantra and has experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in Latin America. Camilo has been part of teams in various transactions, including the sale of a majority stake on Punto Ticket to the Joint Venture formed by CTS Eventim and Sony Music, the sale of 100% of BBR shares to Evertec, the sale of 100% of Babytuto shares to Walmart, and the sale of 100% of Tiaxa shares to Bemobi. Prior to Landmark Alantra, Camilo worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance participating in M&A and Debt transactions. Camilo holds a Business Administration degree with a Master in Finance from Adolfo Ibáñez University.
