Guillermo Arnaiz Bio

Guillermo Arnaiz is a partner at Landmark Alantra. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A. Guillermo has worked on transactions in the industrial, agri-business, education and pharmaceutical sectors, including the merger of Pinturas Sipa and Industrias Ceresita, the merger of Salcobrand and Pre Unic, the sale of Versachem Chile to the multinational company Illinois Tool Works, the sale of Central Frenos to Emasa and the sale of an equity stake in leading fruit exporter Copefrut. Prior to Landmark Alantra, Guillermo worked in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG Argentina, in the High Yield and Origination group at BNP Paribas New York and at Duff & Phelps. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
