Rob Martin Bio

Rob serves as Managing Director with over 20 years of Capital Markets and M&A experience as an Investment Banker and Operating Executive for leading growth companies in the Technology, Business Services, Consumer/Agribusiness, and Healthcare Service markets. Prior to joining Lake Street, he was Director of Corporate Development & Strategic Planning for Pearson VUE and VP of Corporate Development at HighJump Software. Earlier in his career, he was a Principal at a boutique investment bank where he led various M&A advisory and private placement assignments for emerging growth companies. Rob received a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
