Mitch serves as Managing Director at Lake Street Capital Markets with more than 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, Corporate Development and Corporate Law. He has extensive experience in technology, public safety and security, and clean tech markets, as well as cross-border transactions. His background includes transactions covering equity financings, strategic advisory, and M&A transactions. Mitch was previously a Managing Director at Roth Capital Partners. Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Development at Sorrento Networks, a telecommunications equipment company. Prior to Sorrento Networks, he focused on telecommunication equipment and services at Robertson Stephens, RBC Capital Markets, and Dain Rauscher Wessels. Mitch started his career at Cooley Godward as a corporate attorney focused on IPOs, M&A, and private placements. Mitch received a LLM in Corporate Securities from Georgetown University Law Center, JD from Southern Methodist University, and BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
