Bio

Mike serves as Founding Partner, Head of Investment Banking, and a member of the Firm’s Operating and Capital Commitment Committee. He has more than 25 years of Capital Markets experience and has spent the past 20 years advising and working with emerging growth companies across a variety of industries. Prior to co-founding Lake Street, Mike was a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, CFO of a venture-backed software company, and an Investment Banker at Dain Rauscher Wessels. Earlier in his career, Mike was a Commodities Trader at Cargill and Goldman Sachs. Mike received a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from The University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
