Michael Fenton Bio

Michael serves as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets Execution, with more than 25 years of Capital Markets experience. During his career, Michael has structured, organized and executed the placement of numerous capital markets transactions for emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Lake Street, he was Managing Director, Capital Markets at Aegis Capital and Senior Vice President and Partner at Maxim Group. Michael began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1993 and received his BA from Hobart College.
