Jared Schramm Bio

Jared serves as Managing Director with more than 15 years of experience in advising companies in the technology and Internet verticals across public and private financings, strategic advisory, and M&A. Prior to joining Lake Street, Jared was a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners, focused on the technology sector. Previously, he was a Senior Equity Research Analyst covering technology-focused growth companies and a Director of Research at Roth Capital Partners. Prior to Roth Capital, he was an Equity Research Analyst at William O’Neil and Company. Jared received his BA from the University of Southern California.
