Joseph Giovanniello Bio

Mr. Giovanniello has been employed by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. since June 1996, and has served as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 1998. Mr. Giovanniello has a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review; he is admitted to practice law in New York, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia.
