Barry Steiner Bio

Mr. Steiner has many years of experience guiding early stage and more mature companies in a broad variety of industries in both private and public company settings. He has been a Managing Director in Ladenburg's Investment Banking division since 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2020. Mr. Steiner was previously a Managing Director and co-founder of Capitalink L.C., a boutique investment banking firm. Prior to his investment banking career, he practiced corporate/securities law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D from the University of Miami.
