David Leurs is a Vice President at Kumulus. David gained M&A transaction experience at Eight Advisory both in the UK and Belgium, where he supported the launch of the Brussels office. Before that, he completed the M&A (Deals) rotations program at PwC. After co-founding a start-up in connected parcel boxes, David continued to assist entrepreneurs with their corporate finance quests. In October 2023 he joined our growing team. David has worked on the acquisition of Agilitas (by Groupe Proman), the sale of Cooper Parry (to Waterland), the sale of Recticel Bedding (to Aquinos), the minority sale of Studio 100 (to 3d investors), the sale of De Mensen (to Newen), the investment in Birdie (by Sofina), the acquisition of Xplus (by M80), the acquisition of Sofico (by Apheon) and the acquisitions of Base Logistics (to Staci (held by Ardian)) David holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the University of Leuven (KUL).
