Keith has specialised in advising owners of private companies on exit strategies for over 25 years. Until 1998 he was a Partner in Arthur Andersen specialising in the areas of M&A corporate advisory, business consulting, insolvency and corporate finance. Since then, Keith has been actively involved in the areas of private company mergers & acquisitions, business sales and succession, mediation of shareholder disputes and private equity. Each of the major banks ANZ, Westpac and NAB engaged Keith on an exclusive basis to advise their Business Banking clients on business valuation, sale of business and business succession issues, which he did successfully for 10 years, before forming KSA Capital Advisors.
