Patrick Puzzuoli Bio

Patrick Puzzuoli is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Kroll, based in New York. Prior to being named CFO in 2010, he served as Managing Director of Finance, responsible for building and maintaining the firm’s finance and accounting team, and as Controller. He joined Kroll in 2005 as part of the firm's acquisition of Corporate Value Consulting from Standard & Poor's. Prior to joining Kroll, Patrick was Director of Strategy and Financial Analysis for Jupiter Media Metrix, a provider of syndicated research, where he was responsible for implementing financial metrics, analysis and procedures after the firm’s initial public offering. Patrick has also held roles in strategic planning, financial analysis and reporting at Towers Perrin, Madison Square Garden and Comedy Central. Patrick received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park and an MBA in finance from Fordham University.
