Bio

Andreas Stoecklin is the head of EMEA Corporate Finance and Germany country leader. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and independent board advisory/transaction opinions. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Andreas worked in Corporate Finance Advisory, M&A and Treasury/Capital Markets at Siemens. He developed extensive experience in the areas of M&A advice, value analysis of business plans and corporate strategies, and management of financial and operational carve-outs. Andreas received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority. He is a member of the German M&A Association (Bundesverband M&A) and German Private Equity Association (Bundesverband Deutscher Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften).
