Bio

Bill is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC and is a part of the Industrials team. Bill is based in the Baltimore office. Bill has more than 12 years of investment banking experience in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services industry, with a primary focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining KPMG, he led the M&T Investment Banking Group’s efforts in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Contracting vertical. Bill received his BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from The University of Maryland, Smith School of Business.
