Robert Gaida Bio

Robert is a Managing Director in KPMG Corporate Finance LLC’s Consumer Group where he specializes in CPG, including beauty, personal care and health and wellness and is based in the New York office. Robert has almost 20 years of experience across numerous consumer industry segments, including beauty, personal care, health and wellness, food, apparel, consumer electronics, DTC and specialty retail. He has completed transactions within the consumer industry across all product categories, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, private debt and equity raises as well as public capital markets transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and convertible securities issuances. Robert joined KPMG from Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Inc., where he spent 18 years in the Consumer Investment Banking practice.
