JP is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC’s Technology Group, and is based in the Santa Clara office. He has more than 20 years of experience serving clients in the Technology sector with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private capital raises including divestitures, recapitalizations, and follow-on offerings. JP received his MBA from the Columbia Business School and his JD from Santa Clara University.
