Bio

Roddy is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC’s Technology Group, and is based in the New York office. He has 21 years of investment banking experience. Roddy advises clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A and growth capital raises within the digital media & internet sectors. Roddy has executed over $32 billion in M&A and public and private capital markets transactions. Previously, Roddy led the Digital Media & Internet practices at Waller Capital, a TMT-focused boutique investment bank and at Oppenheimer & Co. where he advised clients in the adtech, marketing services and e-commerce sectors. He also formerly led the east coast Internet practice for Jefferies and was a banker at LUMA Partners, Allen & Co., Merrill Lynch and Citi. Roddy graduated from The Wharton School with an MBA and he received his honors BA from Harvard University.
