David is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC’s Technology Group, and is based in the Silicon Valley office. He has more than 25 years of experience executing mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s and other public as well as private capital markets transactions. David advises clients across semiconductors, electronics and equipment sectors. David has extensive experience with most major semiconductor suppliers, having advised on transactions with AMD, Analog Devices, Broadcom, Dialog Semi, Inphi, Intel, Lattice, Marvell, Micron, Maxim, Mellanox, Murata, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Rambus, Samsung, Semtech, Silicon Motion, Skyworks, STM, TDK and TI, among others. Before joining KPMG CF LLC, David served as Global Head of Semiconductor banking at Arma Partners. Previously, he headed Electronics & Semiconductor banking for RBC Capital Markets and served 19 years with Jefferies & Co (and predecessor firm Broadview Int’l, where he was a partner). David holds an MBA form the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS EECS from the University of California, Berkeley.
