Bio

James is a chartered accountant and previously worked in corporate finance for a top 20 accountancy firm before joining Knight. He focussed on financial due diligence, sell-side advisory, valuations and financial modelling across a range of sectors including telecoms and IT. James is a member of the execution team at Knight and his role is to be the day-to-day contact during a project, providing financial analysis, working with entrepreneurs to prepare their business for marketing and managing the due diligence process.
