Adam Zoldan Bio

Adam is co-founder and Director of Knight, developing the business alongside Paul from inception to a market leading corporate finance boutique. Adam personally leads transactions from preparation through to completion and has over 30 years working in the technology sector with roles that include founder shareholder of V Networks and Lead Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance. Adam has worked on hundreds of deals over his career, including the sale of three businesses where he was a co-founder.
