Mr. Potolicchio is a Vice President with KippsDeSanto & Co., a premier investment banking firm headquartered in Washington, DC. KippsDeSanto is focused on providing comprehensive transaction advisory services – primarily M&A, financing, and strategic consulting – to growth-oriented companies. The firm’s areas of industry expertise include aerospace / defense and government technologies. Mr. Potolicchio has previous experience as an Associate with Aronson Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on aerospace / defense and government technologies where he provided M&A, financing, and strategic consulting services to growth-oriented companies. Additionally, Mr. Potolicchio has experience in private equity working for Patriot Capital, a private debt and equity fund focused on growth and change of control investments, and Blackstreet Capital, a distressed private equity group focused on businesses that are typically underperforming, under financial distress and / or in out of favor industries. Mr. Potolicchio started his career at Deloitte Consulting in the project controller practice advising clients in the public sector. He received a B.B.A in Finance from The George Washington University. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 63 and 79).
