Mr. Reid is a Vice President with KippsDeSanto & Co., a premier investment banking firm headquartered in Washington, DC. KippsDeSanto is focused on providing comprehensive transaction advisory services – primarily M&A, financing, and strategic consulting – to growth-oriented companies. The firm’s areas of industry expertise include aerospace /defense and government technologies. Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Mr. Reid was a Senior Associate with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory practice in Washington, D.C. Mr. Reid has over six years of accounting, finance, and transaction experience. Mr. Reid received a Master of Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Reid also received a B.A. in Classical Studies – Latin from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and North Carolina, and is registered with FINRA as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 63, 79).
