Kevin has over 21 years of experience in the proxy solicitation, stock surveillance, and debt-related services industry. Kevin’s primary responsibilities include daily tracking and strategic advice concerning the institutional voting during a proxy contest, special/ annual meeting solicitations, debt information agent transactions, equity/debt holder identification, and activist defense stock monitoring. Prior to joining Kingsdale, Kevin held senior positions at MacKenzie Partners, Inc. and Ipreo. He was responsible for forming the Operations ID team at MacKenzie when he joined the firm in November 2004. Kevin has been an instrumental part of high-profile proxy fight campaigns such as Dell, DuPont, Forest Labs, Heinz, Hess, and Perry Ellis. He successfully identified voting patterns and open positions so that management teams could effectively communicate with the correct shareholders and formulate their campaign strategies. Kevin has also worked on a major stock surveillance team and assisted in developing a Bondholder ID service. Kevin graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Global Management from Susquehanna University.
