Frank DeLuca is the Chief Legal Officer for WeShall. In this role, Frank serves as the most senior legal counsel and trusted advisor to WeShall, its operating companies and subsidiaries and senior management on various legal and business issues and is a member of the company’s Management Committee. Prior to joining WeShall, Frank was in private practice, where he amassed over 25 years of experience at some of the top law firms in Canada, working on many high-profile transactions. Frank was particularly sought after by senior leadership for leading clients through complex legal arrangements, communicating and mitigating critical commercial risks and outcomes, and translating high-level business terms into binding agreements that meet the parties’ objectives. While in private practice, he was ranked by Lexpert as a leading lawyer in M&A, Corporate Commercial, Corporate Mid-Market and Corporate Finance and Securities. His experience includes working on many private equity transactions on both the purchaser and vendor side, and he is known for being a team leader and mentor to many of the up-and-coming young lawyers in Toronto. He is a member of the Board of Governors of St. Clement’s School and sits on its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Western University and his JD from the University of Toronto.
