Clare is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Kingsdale Advisors and is responsible for the overall human resources function. A genuine influencer with proven experience positioning HR as a business partner for excellence, Clare is a strategic and innovative leader who translates business vision into initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and engagement. Prior to joining Kingsdale in 2022, she acquired 15 years of progressive and comprehensive human resources experience in start-up to large scale private and public organizations. Previously, Clare was Director of Human Resources at Park Lawn Corporation the largest publicly traded funeral, cremation and cemetery provider and the fastest growing company in the industry in North America. During her four years at Park Lawn, Clare led and scaled the Canadian HR operation during a period of rapid organic and acquisitive growth. Clare also gained experience as Head of People & Operations at Mihi Cannabis, backed by BlackShire Capital as a principal investor and asset manager focused on investing growth capital in the securities of private cannabis companies on a global basis, and at HUB International, a leading North American insurance brokerage, as HR Manager supporting Ontario operations. Clare holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Global Management from the Ted Rogers School of Management, and an Honors Advanced Business Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She also has a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Designation from the National Payroll Institute.
