Bio

Christina serves as Vice President of Governance Advisory at Kingsdale Advisors, focusing on shareholder activism and M&A. In this role, she supports boards and executive management teams by identifying corporate governance-related vulnerabilities, advising on mitigation strategies and assisting clients on how to craft their narrative to achieve optimal outcomes. Her select campaign and transactional experience includes advising First Capital REIT’s defence against Sandpiper, RCF’s activist campaign against IAMGOLD, the take-private transaction of Cominar REIT, and the merger of equals between Kirkland and Agnico Eagle. Prior to joining Kingsdale in 2021, she worked in M&A and strategy roles at Constellation Software and Canopy Growth. She began her career as a business reporter at The Globe and Mail and the Financial Post. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Master of Journalism from Ryerson University.
