Andrew joined Kingsdale Advisors in 2022 as Vice President, US. With expert knowledge of issuer needs, institutional investors, voting guidelines and retail solicitation campaigns, Andrew works closely with clients to secure successful transactions and resolutions driven by shareholder votes or consent. Andrew works with a broad array of clients, including leading corporations, recent IPOs, niche market segments and others. He provides clients with year-round strategic advice and actionable recommendations, critical information, and best-in-class analytics to ensure smooth, seamless and positive outcomes in multifaceted dynamic situations. Andrew has an impeccable track record with more than a decade of experience servicing clients on annual/special meetings, contested situations, executive compensation, shareholder proposals, M&A transactions and various corporate actions transactions. He additionally contributes to other internal functional groups in an advisory capacity. Prior to joining Kingsdale, Andrew was a Vice President at D.F. King & Co, where he provided strategic advice to companies and investors on all proxy related matters. He has held senior and research-related positions at Securian Financial Services, The WLB Corporation, and Wells Fargo Advisors, among other roles. Andrew graduated from Loyola Marymount College with a Bachelor’s degree and holds several professional licenses and certifications.
