Before joining Keystone in 2011, Karolis worked for 6 years as a CFO at Orion Securities, an investment bank in Lithuania. During his time there, he managed more than 20 M&A and capital raising projects with a total value of 150 million euros. Karolis is also the chairman of the board of the OMX Baltic Benchmark Fund.
