Bio

Srecko provides assistance to companies in the technology and financial sector with a focus on blockchain technology. He has extensive expertise in fintech and blockchain technology applications, tokenization of tangible and intangible assets and appliance of smart contract in corporate business processes, both from a legal and a compliance point of view. He focuses on technology, capital raising and financial modeling cases. Srecko holds a master’s degree in law from the elite German business school, the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He started his career by holding a full time analyst position in a Berlin based venture capital fund, focusing on early stage investments in IT, fintech and medtech industry. His exposure to international cross-border M&A deals, started when joining Kerburn Rose in the New York office. As senior associate he was assigned to sell-side M&A transactions, while holding responsibility for a team of analysts. He is interested in corporate finance, accounting, valuation and financial modeling. Srecko wants to obtain a Chartered Financial Analyst degree from the CFA Institute. He is fluent in Germany, English and Serbo-Croatian languages. Srecko is passionate about tennis and holds a trainer license from sports university.
