Mr. Lewis has more than 17 years of experience in the finance and life sciences sectors, advising governments, public and private institutions, and emerging companies from around the globe. Brandon has demonstrated success in identifying undervalued opportunities and unlocking hidden value for both partners and clients. He has advised over 100 public and private companies across the globe, ranging in size and stage of development, and meet their respective investor relations’ objectives. Brandon was a founder and member of the management committee Trout Capital LLC, member FINRA/SIPC, an affiliate of Trout Group LLC, a world leader in strategic investor relations. He established Trout’s market presence through development of investment policies and due diligence best practices, while formulating the firm’s initial tactical plan and business development strategy. He cultivated extensive relationships in both the corporate and investment community while building a strong pipeline of potential transactions. Brandon developed the firm’s domestic and international presence within the corporate and institutional communities to expand its reach into the UK, EU, CA, Australia, India and Asia. Brandon received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
