Mr. McCarthy has run merger & acquisition assignments for companies wishing to buy and sell companies. These organizations have been as small as $4 million in annual revenue and as large as $225 million. Mr. McCarthy serves on several private advisory boards. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in History.
