Peter Houston joined KBW in 2010 as an analyst. He is responsible for advising insurance and insurtech companies on a range of corporate finance transactions including M&A, public and private capital raising, affiliations, divestures, and bankruptcy/restructuring. Peter has worked on many of the firm's transactions involving mutual insurance companies and specialty P&C insurance companies. He received a BA in Economics from Williams College.
