Joseph Berry Bio

Joseph S. Berry joined KBW in the mid-1990s and serves as a Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Co-Head of the FinTech Investment Banking group. Joe is also a Director at KBW and a senior member of the firm's investment banking executive committee. He is responsible for strategic advisory assignments, restructuring and capital raising transactions. Joseph has over 25 years of industry experience, including several years as a member of KBW's bank research team. He graduated cum laude from Bucknell University in 1996 with a BA in Economics and English. Joseph serves on the Board of Directors for the Historic Hudson Valley and Lyndhurst Castle, part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
