John Guzzo Bio

John Guzzo joined Stifel/KBW in 2021 and covers Mortgage Technology & Proptech within the Fintech & Financial Services Investment Banking department. Previously, he was with Berkery Noyes for 16 years, where he founded and led their Mortgage Technology & Proptech group as a Managing Director. Earlier in his career, John was with Giuliani Capital Advisors and Ernst & Young, responsible for M&A advisory within their FIG departments. John has over 25 years of M&A and financial services experience. In 2012, John was selected as a winner of The M&A Advisor’s “Emerging Leader” (formerly “40 Under 40”), and is frequently featured in the press. He received an accounting & finance degree from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia University.
