Eric Kalinowski Bio

Eric Kalinowski joined KBW in 2013 and is primarily responsible for strategic advisory assignments for banks and thrifts including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He transitioned to KBW following Stifel’s acquisition of KBW, having previously been with the financial institutions group of Stifel since 2008. Prior to joining KBW, Eric began his career in 2003 in the investment banking department at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo). Eric has a significant history of transaction execution, having executed well over 100 advisory & capital markets transactions. He received a BSBA in finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
