Damon P. DelMonte joined KBW in May 2003 and currently covers community banks across the midwest. Prior to 2013, he focused on community banks and thrifts across the greater northeast. Earlier in his career, Damon was an Investment Analyst at The Hartford Investment Management Company where he assisted in the management and analysis of investment portfolios and direct hedge fund investments. He received a BS in Finance from Bryant University and an MBA from The University of Connecticut with a specialization in Finance.
