Christopher Mihok Bio

Christopher (Chris) Mihok serves as a Managing Director in the depository investment banking group. He joined KBW in 2010 in the Richmond, Virginia office and is now based in St. Louis Missouri. His professional experience and industry expertise is focused in M&A, public and private capital raising and strategic advisory assignments for Southeastern financial institutions. He has advised on more than 100 M&A transactions and capital offerings with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $20 billion. Chris graduated from the University of Richmond with a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
