Bio

Roger Wang joined KBW in 2015 and is primarily responsible for strategic advisory assignments for depository institutions, including M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining KBW, Roger worked in the Corporate Development group at CIBC where he helped execute several of the bank’s M&A transactions in the Wealth Management and Private Banking space. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in finance and economics.
