Rajib Hasan joined KBW in 2021 and serves as a Director in the FinTech and Financial Services investment banking group. Based in Atlanta, he is responsible for the strategic guidance to companies in the broader FinTech and Payments sectors, including Merchant Acquiring & Processing, Integrated Payments & Vertical Software, B2B Payments, and BankTech. Having over a decade of experience, Rajib has worked across investment banking and corporate development & strategy in the technology and software industry. Prior to joining KBW, he spent three years in the payments sector, focusing on M&A and corporate development for some of the largest payments firms, including Global Payments and TSYS. Before this, he worked at EFA Partners, and originally began his career at M2SYS Technology. Rajib earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Northern University Bangladesh. He also received an MBA and an M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University.
