Chris Reyniers joined KBW in 2018 and is responsible for originating and leading transactions across the payments and financial technology industries. Chris has over 15 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience and was previously a Director within Deloitte’s M&A Financial Institutions Group covering the same sectors. Earlier in his career, Chris worked in PwC’s M&A Financial Institutions Group. Chris’ recent transaction experience includes advising on the sale of PFS to EML Payments, the sale of PayByPhone to VW Financial Services and the sale of Paypoint.net to Pay360. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Economics from King's College London.
