Bio

Casey has more than a decade of transaction advisory experience within the healthcare industry, having been involved in over 100 transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, urgent care centers, information technology companies and other ancillary healthcare businesses. Her experience spans most phases of a transaction, including the initial strategy formulation, marketing process, due diligence and integration. Casey was previously with Huron Consulting Group in their transaction advisory division. She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance from DePaul University, with minors in accounting and economics.
