Graham Alexander Bio

Graham is a Partner in Johnston Carmichael’s Aberdeen office and heads up the firm’s Corporate Finance Team. He qualified as a CA in 1993 and was a Corporate Finance specialist with an international accountancy practice focussing on M&A and due diligence assignments in the UK and overseas. He joined Johnston Carmichael in 2012 and provides both advisory services and due diligence across all types of transactions including disposals, acquisitions and leveraged transactions.
