Joseph Seremet Bio

Mr. Seremet joined Johnson Rice in 2005 and has 16 years of investment banking experience in the energy space. While at Johnson Rice, Mr. Seremet has had significant experience in public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. Mr. Seremet graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University with a triple major in Finance, Economics, and Legal Studies. While at Tulane, Mr. Seremet was selected to participate in the Burkenroads research analyst program and the Darwin Fenner fund assisting in the management of Tulane’s endowment.
