Clay Cummings Bio

Mr. Cummings has over 22 years of experience in the Energy industry originating, structuring, executing, and advising on investment banking and financing transactions for public and private companies throughout various stages of their lifecycle. Mr. Cummings' multi-faceted experience includes roles in investment banking, equity research and commercial lending. Prior to joining Johnson Rice in 2004, Mr. Cummings worked as a corporate lender with J.P. Morgan and Whitney National Bank. Mr. Cummings graduated from Loyola University with a double major in Finance and Business Management and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
