Mr. Cummings has over 27 years of investment banking, research and commercial lending experience in the Energy industry. After joining Johnson Rice in 1997 as a research analyst covering OFS stocks, Mr. Cummings has been in the corporate finance department since 1998. Since that time, Mr. Cummings and the corporate finance team have led over 40 public and 8 private equity transactions totaling over $5 billion. The team has also advised buyers and sellers on 28 transactions totaling over $4 billion in total value. Mr. Cummings is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Cummings received his B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama.
